Denver voters approve decriminalizing “magic mushrooms”

On May 7, 2019 Denver, Colorado passed Initiative 301 decriminalizing psilocybin, or “magic”, mushrooms. Denver is now the first city in the U.S. that has legislation decriminalizing psilocybin.
