Sun behind Earth

This isn’t a program about doing more. You already do enough.

This isn’t a program about running away to find your bliss. The world still needs you.

Antihero Project is a group coaching program designed to help you stop running on fumes so you can make your contribution without it costing you everything. Instead of adding to your plate, we strip away the noise — and give you the tools, the accountability, and the community to actually move forward.

Because here’s the truth no one in hustle culture wants you to know: just being a grounded, peaceful, fully alive human is the most transformational, revolutionary act available to you. You cannot pour from an empty cup. You cannot heal a broken world with a broken nervous system. Reclaiming your peace isn’t an escape from the work. It is the work.

  1. Peace as Power: Learn to confidently say no to the noise, so you have the real capacity to say yes to what actually matters. Your calm is not weakness. It’s your sharpest tool.
  2. Presence over Panic: Cut through the static of a burning world and lock onto your next right step — without overthinking, without spinning your wheels.
  3. Pain, Alchemized: Turn the exhaustion, the shame, and the disillusionment into fuel — not by bypassing it, but by moving through it with intention.
  4. Purpose, Clarified: Reconnect with why you’re here and what only you can offer — and build a life and career that actually lives that out.
  5. Practice over Perfection: Build the daily rhythms that sustain your contribution for the long haul — because this isn’t a sprint, and you’re not quitting.

Program details

Antihero Project offers a variety of services designed to meet you wherever you are.

Your entry point. A private, ad-free community — away from the noise and algorithms of social media — hosted on Mighty Networks. Ask for support. Share what you’re working on. Connect with like-minded changemakers.

Monday through Thursday, 10:30am–12:00pm PT — silent, focused work sessions via video conference. No discussion. No agenda. Just you, your most important task, and a room full of people doing the same. Simple structure. Real results.

Ten modules, taken entirely at your own pace. The Antihero’s Journey course distills the foundational framework underneath all of my work. Get clear on your purpose, strip away what’s draining you, and build a life and career that actually reflects who you are.

A small, intimate weekly coaching group. Every Monday, 12:00–1:15pm PT. Short lesson, group coaching, accountability check-ins. This is the heart of Antihero Project — where the real work happens.

Each session includes:

  • Breathing exercise (~5 minutes)
  • Check-in/accountability reporting (~10 minutes)
  • Short lesson (~10 minutes)
  • Group coaching (~40 minutes)
  • Check-out/accountability setting (~10 minutes)

All sessions are held via video conference.

The deepest level of support. Regular one-on-one sessions with me, a fully individualized plan built around your specific situation and gifts, and direct message support as needed. For those who need to make a change and are ready to go all in.

How does the Incubator program work?

The Antihero Incubator is an intimate weekly coaching group for purpose-driven professionals. It’s designed to give you the structure, accountability, and community you need to make a meaningful contribution—without burning out.

Here is how our weekly rhythm works:

  • Self-Led Course: As an Incubator member, you also get full access to The Antihero’s Journey self-led course. We encourage you to work through this material early on, as it provides the foundational framework for our group work together—but you are always encouraged to move at a pace that honors your actual capacity.
  • Live Group Sessions: We meet once a week via video conference (Mondays, 12:00–1:15 pm PT). This is dedicated time to discuss key themes, share accountability check-ins, and get direct, personalized coaching from me and the group.
  • Lightweight Weekly Practices: To keep you moving forward without adding to your overwhelm, you’ll receive a short video lesson (~10 mins) and a practical exercise (10–30 mins) to complete on your own schedule. You’ll submit your exercise to our private Mighty Networks group before our Monday session.
What if I miss an Incubator session?

The goal of this program is to cure your overwhelm, not add to it. While we’d love for you to join us live to build momentum, we know that life happens and schedules shift.

Every session is recorded and shared in our private Mighty Networks group. If you need to miss a week, there is zero guilt. You can watch the replay when you actually have the capacity, and stay connected with the group by joining the conversation in the comments.

What are the Collective Deep Work sessions?

Included in all three plans, these live video sessions (Monday–Thursday, 10:30 am–12:00 pm PT) are your dedicated antidote to distraction and procrastination.

We don’t use this time to chat. At the start of the call, each person simply names the single most important task they need to move forward that day, along with whatever friction is standing in their way. Then, we go on mute and drop into at least an hour of silent, fiercely focused work.

It’s a beautifully simple structure, but the shared accountability and camaraderie work wonders, helping you cut through the static and make real progress on your meaningful contribution.

What if I don’t have the time?

I hear this constantly, and it makes complete sense. If you are already running on fumes and overwhelmed by your commitments, the thought of adding a coaching program to your plate probably feels impossible.

But here is the honest truth: Antihero Project is not meant to be another time sink. It’s specifically designed to help you strip away the noise and get your time and energy back.

Yes, there is a real time commitment. To get the most out of the Incubator, we ask for about two hours of your week:

  • 75 minutes for our live weekly coaching session.
  • 15–30 minutes for a lightweight, self-paced weekly practice.

Now, consider how many hours a week you currently lose to overwhelm, procrastination, overthinking, and saying “yes” to projects you don’t actually have capacity for.

You aren’t spending these two hours to do more. You are investing these two hours to learn how to do less, but better. This program will give you the boundaries and the fierce focus you need to reclaim your time, stop spinning your wheels, and actually make your meaningful contribution.

If you feel like you absolutely do not have the time to stop and recalibrate—that is the exact reason you need to be here.

Do I belong here? How do I know if it’s right for me?

You don’t need a fancy title, a massive platform, or “exceptional gifts” to be here. This isn’t a club for the polished or the conventionally successful. It’s a sanctuary for anyone who gives a damn about the state of the world and is trying to find a sustainable way to contribute without being destroyed by the effort. Whether you are leading an organization or just trying to find your footing after a period of burnout, your seat is at the table. We care about your intent and your integrity, not your resume.

You belong here if you:

✅ Want to help build a better, more just world for all.

✅ Are hampered by burnout, overwhelm, or a creeping sense of hopelessness.

✅ Are looking for guidance, a real community, and loving accountability.

This is NOT for you if you:

🚫 Oppose justice for people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, or immigrants.

🚫 Are primarily motivated by self-promotion or “selling” a cause.

🚫 Are currently unable to reliably meet your own basic needs.

What if I’m still on the fence?

That’s OK! If you have further questions or concerns, let’s chat. You can book a call with me to explore here. No charge. No sleazy sales tactics. No pressure. Just a conversation.

You have the passion. You’re smart. You work hard.

But to show up for it all at your most powerful — without it costing you so much — you need a foundation of peace, clarity, and focus. That’s what we can build together.

So let’s get to work. I’d be honored to support your path.
